EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is one of the most powerful evidence-based therapies for trauma and anxiety. It helps the brain process what talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach.
EMDR doesn't require you to talk through everything that happened. Instead, it works directly with how traumatic memories are stored in the brain — using bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements) to activate the brain's natural healing process.
The result is that distressing memories lose their emotional charge. They become part of your history rather than a live wire running your present.
"EMDR doesn't erase memories — it changes their emotional charge so they no longer hijack your daily life."
EMDR is endorsed by the American Psychological Association, the World Health Organization, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Coralle completed EMDRIA-Approved Basic Training in 2025. Learn everything about EMDR →
