I'm Coralle Zangi — a mental health clinician dedicated to helping young adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and the challenge of aligning with their values.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and build the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
Before transitioning into private practice, I worked in community mental health supporting individuals and families facing trauma, systemic barriers, and relational challenges. This experience deepened my understanding of how past wounds shape emotional well-being — and how healing becomes possible when people feel truly seen.
"I often take a person-centered approach and explore the needs of each client as an individual — to understand their goals and align treatment accordingly."
